Return & Refund Policy
At Foglia, we take great care in ensuring your order is of the highest quality and packaged with love. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns and refunds policy below.
Returns
- We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with safety seal is not broken.
- To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@foglia.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending your item back.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. This is estimate time frame only, in fact rarely it could be longer due to specific situations.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund if it pass the FDS (Fraud Detect System).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return. This includes:
- Custom or made-to-order arrangements
- Gift cards
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Foglia is not responsible for items lost in transit.
