All order will be packed and shipped from our store in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Within Australia, we offer express (1–4 days flat rate $45), standard (2–8 days flat rate $29), and free standard shipping on orders over $299. Are there any items I cannot return?

Custom arrangements (Tailoring products), gifts, and gift cards are non-returnable.
